Add:

FilesLicensingwinx64 lmgrd.exe and ansyslmd.exe
to your firewall exceptions as well as port 1055 and 2325.

On the client machine if Windows firewall is running
then please configure firewall exceptions per below.
Add:
C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared
FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_client.exe, lmgrd.exe
to your firewall.
